Chef Andrew Capper is preparing to launch his first cookbook, Proper Food from Chef Andy, drawing on a career he says spans nearly 40 years in professional kitchens.
Capper, who submitted his story from Barnsley, says his experience includes work at the Novotel Sheffield and other kitchens in the city.
He gives 1 and 2 November as the launch dates and says he is also writing a second book about his career.
